Welcome Energetic One!

How may I be of help? The reason I ask the question in this manner is that “may” refers to allowance whereas using the word “can” would refer to ability. This energetic difference is significant because to truly receive, you must first give yourself permission to do so.

Time does not exist in the spiritual realm so it is always in the now. This is the reason that spiritual information is always given in the now and received in… “your now”. Have you received messages, guidance or knowledge that was documented months, years or decades earlier and wondered the reason it wasn’t sooner? The answer is simple “the then” was not “your now”. To aid the practice of this concept, article dates are not shown.

A Key Practice

A journal is a priceless tool on your quest for knowledge and self re-discovery exploration. Not only is it a valuable resource for reviewing information gained, it is a means by which to recognize correlations within it.

It’s beneficial to journal spiritual messages, intuitive readings, artistic intuitive readings, personal thoughts, your life’s journey or creativity in the form of poetry, storytelling and drawing whenever inspiration strikes.

Journaling is also a means of passing down generational knowledge such as home remedies, recipes, memories (loved ones) and family stories. Make it a key practice.

Common Denominator

Exploring religion, spirituality and metaphysics, a common denominator can be found. Although called by different names, viewed through different lenses and approached in different manners this denominator is regarding a higher power. Some deem the use of the word God as a modifier stigmatized due to its common association with religion. There has been debate about there being something bigger than ourselves and what it is. Something I realized is that belief is belief even when the belief appears to be nonbelief and also that a nonbelief is actually a belief.

No matter how similar your journey is to that of others or how much of it is shared with others… none are the same. Although life journeys are not the same, the concepts that apply to them are. These concepts influence, shape or explain different aspects and components of human life. Each concept is a common denominator.
