I greet you as I see you. You are energetic physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You are one as a singular being, as an individual. You are also part of the One, as a whole. The parts of the whole are always connected and you are an active part… you do not merely exist in it. Know that you are energy and you are one.

You are an Energetic One!

Blessings of Love & Light

How may I assist you?

I ask the question in this manner because word choice matters. Words have energetic differences. The word “can” refers to having ability whereas the use of the word “may” refers to allowance which is necessary to receive. Permission must be given to truly receive.

Time does not exist in the spiritual realm so it is always in the now. This is the reason that spiritual information is always given in the now and received in… “your now”. Have you received messages, guidance or knowledge that was documented months, years or decades earlier and wondered the reason it wasn’t sooner? The answer is simple “the then” was not “your now”. A Key Practice

A journal is a priceless tool on your quest for knowledge and self re-discovery exploration. Not only is it a valuable resource for reviewing information gained, it is a means by which to recognize correlations within it.

It’s beneficial to journal spiritual messages, intuitive readings, artistic intuitive readings, personal thoughts, your life’s journey or creativity in the form of poetry, storytelling and drawing whenever inspiration strikes.

Journaling is also a means of passing down generational knowledge such as home remedies, recipes, memories (loved ones) and family stories. Make it a key practice.

Common Denominator

Exploring religion, spirituality and metaphysics, there exists a common denominator. Although called by different modifiers, viewed through different lenses and approached in different manners this common denominator is the existence of a higher power. I have heard some deem the name God stigmatizing due to the religious association. The debate about there being something bigger than ourselves and what it is continues. Something I realized is that belief is belief and a nonbelief is in actuality a belief making belief a common denominator.

No matter how similar your journey is to that of others or how much of it is shared with others… none are the same. Although life journeys are not the same, the concepts that apply to them are. These concepts influence, shape or explain different aspects and components of human life. Each concept is a common denominator.
