It’s your energy. It’s your power. It’s your life.
The power of free will is easily taken for granted even though it is a major force in your life. Energy awareness and understanding of impacts in your life are important. Free will enables choices and choices are energetic.
Could you imagine not being able to choose anything?
You choose what you think, what you believe, what you say, what you feel and what you do (actions, reactions, responses). Each of which are energy influenced. The ability to choose also allows you to choose to change/modify your thinking, beliefs, speech, feelings and/or actions usually as a result of growth through knowledge, experience and/or healing. Free will is not given to you by man. It is a gift given to you by God.
Free will enables you to make choices which give you control over your life. Even free will is not “free” in the sense of the word. All choices carry responsibility. All choices carry consequence. This means that your choices are your choices and your choices are your responsibility. Your responsibility… your consequence.
It is easy to take responsibility for the choices that have a positive consequence or reward. Although it could be, it’s not so much when it comes to taking responsibility for the choices made that have negative consequences. The accountability may not come from others or yourself, but it will energetically. Your life journey is based on the choices you make so make choices that align with the life you want. Contrary to some belief, where you start in life or the circumstance of it makes no difference.
What path are you on? A single choice can change your direction.
You can choose to start, refresh or continue a soul-led re-discovery and quest for knowledge.
You can choose a path to insight, understanding and deeper revelations not only about yourself but the worlds around you. Recognize the energetic being you are and the connections you have to both the physical and spiritual worlds as well as to others. Engage a soul-led quest for knowledge involving re-discovery, energy care and connectivity which are foundational building blocks towards the mastery of self. Beneficial words for this are explore, try, learn and apply.
Explore:
Knowledge is power.
To explore is to gather information and do your due diligence regarding yourself, topics of interest and current/past events.
Try:
Discernment is power.
To try is to put it to the test by discerning what resonates with you/works for you and discard what does not while being open to evolving possibilities.
Learn:
Learning is power.
To learn is to gain something new, broaden what is known, relearn what may have been lost or forgotten and/or unlearn what has been taught. Learn lessons.
Apply:
Application is power.
To apply is to integrate the knowledge, discernment and learning into your daily life. It also includes keeping yourself in check and holding yourself accountable.
What is self re-discovery? It is an on-going process of gaining insight, knowledge and experience. The process is not always an easy task when faced with your perceived reality every minute of the day. Your thoughts can get lost or clouded by it. You may find yourself experiencing situations such as: self doubt taking over, thinking about everyone else, focusing on what is expected from or of you, questioning your worth or worthiness and/or slipping back into a “safe” mode which is the place you desperately want out of. Deterring this takes time and patience. Any amount of time taken for yourself to look within brings you closer to your “me“.
A beneficial practice is journaling. Make life a journey of self re-discovery. Embarking on this quest can help you learn about your ‘self’, build inner strength, gain perspective, initiate self-healing, create balance & make positive changes. It is also a path that leads to the Mastery of Self which is the ultimate knowing, understanding, controlling and care of your ‘self’. Truth and belief are for you to discern. Your life is a journey that you create and in it, you are both a teacher and a student. As Bruce Lee said,
“A teacher is never a giver of truth.
He is a guide, a pointer to the truth that each student must find for himself.”
This practice is a means of personal growth with insight, understanding, enlightenment, healing, connection and more. It may also be a means of spiritual growth. As you may know, time does not exist in the spiritual realm so that means spiritual insight, messages and guidance are given in the now and then received in… your “now”. To aid in the practice of this concept, article dates are not shown.
